*Just a reminder that we have begun to collect nominations for our annual
faculty awards.  Electronic copies of the nomination forms are attached, and paper copies have been distributed around campus.  The deadline for nominations is Wednesday, 10 February.  These awards include the Outstanding Teaching Award for Tenure-Track Faculty,
the Outstanding Teaching Award for Instructors and Lecturers, the Award for Distinguished Faculty Service, the Special Recognition Award, the Outstanding Advising/Mentoring Award, and the Scholar Award

Spots Available for a trip that lasts a lifetime.  
Due Date:  January 25 ASAP
When:  March 8-14
Where:  Washington D.C.
What:  See D.C. and work with the homeless population.  Learn a lot about yourself and others.  Take the time off to really make a difference.  Cost: 150.00 is the cost of the trip the rest of the fee is picked up by SAF.  Additional Info:  If you have any interest and are worried about cost still see Tracy ( 211 lares).  We will work with you to assist on getting you to go on this amazing opportunity.

210 Lares is a Student Affairs Office that was opened to students to have easy access to printing, paper and supplies.  Unfortunately the Offices of Intercultural Affairs and Student Life have suffered a number of thefts and because of this, the room with remained locked.  If you need access, ASK ANY PROFESSIONAL STAFF MEMBER IN LARES to open the door.
